Week 9 Goals ending 10/16/2011

Exercise: 6 times a week (ChaleanExtreme)
Food: Post pictures of my meals on the blog, reduce the white carbs (flour and sugar),  find healthy alternative for dessert if needed
Freelancing: Take some tutorials for Photoshop and setup theme Thesis on one of my sites. finding client #5
Personal and Spiritual Growth: Have a RAOK (random act of kindness) day this week and read one verse in the bible every day.
