Week 10 Goals ending 10/23/2011

My video was over 3gb,way to big for half-way decent streaming, so I decided to show you something funny. Here is my little Merlin playing fetch.

Exercise:           5 times a week (ChaleanExtreme, trampoline)
Food:               Post pictures of my meals on the blog, cut out the snacks and focus on healthy veggie based main meals.
Freelancing:        Worked on project #5 and got some new customizing skills
Personal/spiritual: Did something good for myself – had a massage
