I loved how the morning shake made me feel. Well I was a little hyper with the caffeine I think, since it was a fat burner shake. But then I missed my shake at night. It always feels like I get to eat dessert for dinner.

My workout was great. I am slowly increasing the weights now and getting better with the movements. Definitely feeling stronger.  Love it!

I started with spring cleaning my closet. All the big size clothing has to go. There will be no return!

I finally dumped the two buckets of Trutein. I hated the taste of it, something artificial that I just could not get over. I could always taste it through. Oh well, I guess its part of the experimenting. I think I will stick with the gold standard brand.
