Its getting late. Those days just keep flying. I need to make it short today.
M1: Avocado egg salad on 1 slice of protein bread, pickles, tomatoes, pepper, 1 small latte (arrived at small!)M2: Salad and a chicken breast
M3: 3 Protein-Filled Dark Chocolates
M4: Tomato and mozzarella, protein shake with cocoa nibs
I did not intended to have those chocolates, but they were so great frozen. They are about 50 kcal per chocolate.
Ok they are called Whoa Whoa WHOA Protein-Filled Dark Chocolates and are from one of my favorite websites.
3 tbsp of vanilla whey protein powder
1/2 cup of 2% fat Total greek yogurt
1/8 cup (7g) of saffron water (or leave out)
4 tsp (25g) of canned chickpeas
1 heaping tsbp (18g) of coconut flour
1 tbsp of vanilla stevia (or leave out)
1 tbsp of orange rind
Blend everything together using a food processor or handheld blender until a paste or soft dough is formed. Then, roll it into eight little balls and put them aside. Freeze for at least 30 minutes. Then, melt half a bar (40g) of dark chocolate (80% and higher) in a glass bowl on top of a pot of boiling water aka double boiler. Once the chocolate has melted, dip your filling in there, top it with coconut (this is optional but nice), and place it on a silicone baking tray or a tin-foil-lined cookie tray (so that they come right off once the chocolate has set). Then, transfer them to the freezer for 20-30 minutes. Done.
Macros Per chocolate:
2.3g carbs (which 1.9g is fiber!)
