Last nights grocery trip to the health food store. I even picked up some teas.


I love this one and need to put it somewhere where I can see it daily, especially on those days when I fret about the scale.


There goes my eating less for today. I may have been celebrating that 25 pound loss a little too much.

M1: Omelet with sprouts and tomato
M2: Cannoli and Americano
M3: Salad with 3 home-made tamales (not by me)
M4: Protein Fluff
M5: chickpea pizza with asparagus, broccoli, bbq pork, sun-dried tomatoes, and parmesan
M6: Frozen protein fluff (still great)
