Finally watched the Hunger Games last night and rested some. Was a little bummed that I wasn’t able to go to the PN meet in Toronto. Hope the next one is in the US again.
Prep for the week
Needed to get the fridge cleaned out and process some veggies. Love the kale chips, so easy to make.
I love the baked chicken strips with the coconut from the GN cookbook, except I will pan-fry them in coconut oil as it enhances the favor.
I packaged up the fruits and added already the nuts in little baggies as it will help sticking to the portion size in addition to speeding up the dinner.
