Ok, its less than a month to the Warrior Dash and I cant get over those darn high obstacles yet. And I know I could walk around it, but who wants to do that? Then I came up with this idea that I will just try Red Bull or something like that for the first time. Don’t they say it will give you wings, that might be perfect to get over those two obstacles. Just kidding. I really have to work on my upper body strength and shedding some pounds. So I am cleaning up my diet as in cutting those beloved pancakes and other treats a little. Also the portion sizes could use a trimming.
Today was workout 1 of Phase 6 and I was sweating like crazy during the workout. Was a good one but I am looking forward to tomorrows cardio class (trampoline).
Focus for this week is having plenty of veggies with each meal and eating less aka 80%. I think I am getting the 7 hours of sleep slowly down.
M1: Veggies with 2 sausages and 2 eggs
M2: Zucchini spaghetti with 1/2 chicken breast
M3: 1/2 Beef tenderloin steak with jicama potato salad
M4: Salad, goat cheese, walnuts, grilled salmon (restaurant)
