Today was Farmers Market and I got fresh eggs from my co-worker.


Workout: 20 min weights W#2, 25 min swimming

M1: Veggies with 2 eggs and ham (one egg and 2 slices of ham would have been enough)
M2: Zucchini spaghetti with 1/2 chicken breast
M3: 1/2 Beef tenderloin steak with jicama potato salad
M4: Salad, onion, tomato, dill and fresh mozzarella cheese ( I still want a shake!)
