Today was fridge cleanup (Sunday Ritual) since I had quite a fair amount of veggies left. I made collard greens with red onions, ham and eggs for breakfast, salads in a jar for lunches and eggplant with cheese and Greek yogurt for an afternoon snack.
Today was busy as I was working on two websites and catching up on housework. I do feel I had too much food and moved very little.
