Today was exhausting at work. I feel the need to go to bed really early. That means I need to be off the computer in 10 minutes.
I was researching some plant-based recipes and it sure looks like most are soy, grain, and gluten-laden, lots of breads and mushy stuff. Kinda disappointing. I had my stints with being a vegetarian/vegan. The longest being for about 8 years back in Germany. I was a “pudding” vegetarian, that loved the mushy stuff, grains, breads and cake. And I see it now, I have a co-worker who is over 300 pounds and lives on chips, white bread, and cookies.
So my mission is to find great vegan recipes, where people wont even miss the meat.
