It always boggles my mind how the weight can fluctuate 8 pounds during TTOTM. I am just glad its back down to 225. I will be focusing on the 80% full again applying the strategy to ask myself could I run after my meal. If the answer is no I ate too much. I am starting to get amazed how little food I really need. I had a nice little pancake.
I was able to get my 7 hours average on sleep and my 10,000 steps in this week.
I am off to a new gym and want to try a BodyAttack workout.
