Today I did eat a whole pint-jar of apple sauce (no picture). The stress is getting to me. I just need a better plan to keep it in check. Maybe some breathing exercises or some trance music via pandora or just some bubbly water from my soda streamer. If things go well everything will calm down by next week.
I rode my bike today (10 miles round-trip) and though it was a lot warmer it just was an awesome relaxing way to get rid of the stress.
