My food choices were not the greatest yesterday in addition to a couple of drinks. Its really amazing how those white, crappy carbs take over and make you eat even more crap. Today I feel a little sluggish and have less energy, thanks to those white carbs and sugar. I am back to clean eating today and prepared some great foods for the week.

M3: Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bar and coffee
M4: Protein Ice Cream
