Workout:

T25 Speed and 30 min trainer workout. My trainer is back, thank goodness! He actually isn’t suppose to work yet. He had me do a 15 minute weight circuit and then we did some dead-lifting on the 5th floor since the PT room was a little crowded. He is such an encourager. I did quite a few of those 135# DLs. I am so not a lifter. Cardio is way more fun. But I know we need the lifting, so those muscles can eat up that fat.

M1: Egg muffin, 1/2 spinach pancake, and green beans
M2: Bubble tea made with real fruit
M3: Burger, cauliflower and some butter, was incredibly tasty! I was ready to lick the plate.
M3: Protein Ice Cream with 10 ice cubes
