Today’s workout was T25 Cardio and since I was fasting I wasn’t in the mood for a double workout. The IF went a lot better again today. Last week was just weird. I noticed is that I did not drink enough water during the day and I am missing my dinner shake. I made a pretty nice dinner, but I would have rather liked my shake in the aftermath. I will try that next week. It will be less work for sure. Today I made chicken, beets, carrots, onions and potato with a little butter. And I had to have something sweet afterwards (yogurt, peach, choc chips, coconut flakes and some maple syrup).
