Just got home around 7:30pm as I needed to upgrade another system. I am really tired tonight.
Tomorrow will be another IF day. My weight is stubbornly refusing to move down. I made peace with it. This year’s journey has been an amazing one and I love every minute of it. Sometimes our bodies cant quite keep up with that pace. I am looking forward to another awesome year of fun, growth and a skinnier me as it will be a lifelong journey of being healthy, fit and active.
OK here is a challenge. I hate canned tuna and I rather do an IF (Intermittent Fasting day) then eating it. Does anybody has a really awesome recipe? I am thinking to make some tuna recipes and have some gym or work gunnea pigs test it out for me.
