This is another fly-by post. I need to catch some sleep so I can handle this weeks stress. I avoided a collision with bread today. This morning I went into the bakery, fortunately it was too crowded. For dinner I wanted a subway sandwich, but then I remembered how it does not make me feel so great and went home for my shake. I will need to make a protein bread this weekend to get it out of my system in a smart way.  Slow and mindful eating is on my mind before I start with my meals, but then forgotten shortly thereafter.
