Had my first call with my coach last night. Loved it! My new habit is to only eat when hungry. I just did not want to lose momentum and I wanted to have a great support network through the holidays. I think they say on average folks can easily gain 10 pounds over those holidays. I am also looking forward to work with kettlebells again and mix it up a bit.
This afternoon/evening was fun as I volunteered with the Hunger Task Force to collect food for people in need.
