The funnest workout ever

Ok, I know funnest isn’t a word, but still this was sooooooo much fun. Today I decided to do a AIRobics class, a workout on a really big trampoline.

It says you can burn up to 1000 kcal per hours, heck yes. After just 10 minutes of jumping around I needed some water and a break. We did all kind of fun things and in the freestyle time I had to start with just butt jumps, like the ones you land on your butt and have to get back up onto your feet. Took me a few times to get it down, but when you get it they are already so much fun. Next up are those air flips and I will get there. It may just take a couple of times. Maybe like this?

Food was ok today. I am a little hungry now from all that jumping, it will be good to burn some fat tonight.

  1. A couple years ago, I went to a place in Nashville with a bunch of “jumpy houses” of all sorts. We spent about an hour and a half inside, and the next day, I felt like I had been run over. You definitely recruit muscles not normally used!

    1. I am actually going again on Saturday. Its a killer workout for sure. I did an Epsom salt bath and some melatonin for some quick and restful sleep since I had to be ready for my trainer workout this morning 7am.
