My pictures are on their way!  My photographers are currently in LA but are sending me my portfolio via DVD. I can hardly wait to get them.

Tried out some Rishi tea and love it! I will need to get more.

Its fun to be surrounded by other foodies who love to cook in the new coaching program. I picked up already a bunch of recipes that I will need to try out. Next on my list is Chunky Apple Cinnamon Pancakes and Cauliflower Breadsticks coming this weekend.

I opted out on the work potluck today. I just felt it was too dangerous to end up eating a load of not so good foods for me. I stuck to my homemade foods and kept on track. Yayeee!

M1: Lentils, 1/2 spicy sausage, carrot, onion and red bell pepper
M2: Sweet Potato Protein Bar
M3: Salad with cabbage and beef
M4: Casein Protein Shake
