My vacation is coming to an end. I enjoyed just hanging around the house and not having a full laundry list of stuff to do. Holy moly, I almost slept 10 hours, probably the first time in over 10 years. I caught up on sleep which was great, but I missed my trainer session and did not workout today. I treated myself to a massage today and it felt so awesome. Tomorrow everything will be back to normal.
I love my new coaching program. Its always hard at first to take a next step, but when we do we advance to a different level that we could not have imagined before. Some of the “Hive” (the coaching groups FB page) gals introduced me to the Sriracha sauce, the veggies on the side, and now the FoodSnaps! app for a single picture of all my meals. I will test run the app for a little to see how I like it.
