Sufficient sleep can make a huge difference in deciding to stay on track or stray. No treats were consumed today. Happy!
This is the next best thing to a private pool. The gym pool at 7:30am in the morning. #lovegoldsgym
Even after over a year, I still look forward to my protein shake every night. I do add a tiny bit of guar gum and xanthan gum to it which makes it almost milkshake/mousse like. I was able to also cut back on the amount of fruit and nuts/pnb I would usually add to save some calories.
M1: Greens, eggs, and sweet potato and feta sprinkles.
M3: Chicken and Tzatziki, tomato
M4: Protein Ice Cream with mini choc chips
Keeping to 7 hours of sleep will do some magic. Tomorrow is trainer workout, so I have to get up early.
