Less is more

In a way I like that flu. It teaches me to eat less and I am down to 210 pounds. My back started hurting me from all that laying around over the last 3 days, so I was up for most of the day today and it feels so much better. I wont be going for any workouts tomorrow but hope to be ready for my trainer workout on Wednesday. Maybe if I wake up early and had at least 8 hours of sleep I will walk over to the gym (about 7 blocks) and go for a nice sauna visit. Now I am going for an Epsom salt bath and then call it a day.

This one is a first! I left more than 1/2 of my protein shake in the bowl, but I had to throw it out rather quickly before I change my mind.
