Food was going well today, sleep was on track and I did my weight workout. I am getting tired of the LE workouts, anybody knows of a program to try? I just need something for 3 times a week.
I did my food planning yesterday and decided I wont do more than 3 of a kind of meals. I get kinda bored after day 3. I am adding a juice fast on Sundays and a IF on Thursdays. New recipes for the week are rutabaga, chicken and zucchini (breakfasts) and Asian chicken with peanut sauce (lunches). Both are from Georgie.
Tired of the same old boring water. Here are some ideas.

Sleep – High: 9:04 hours Low: 4:12 hours, only 7 times under 7 hours.
Steps – High: 13,167 steps, Low: 2,560 steps (when I had the flu), on average 9, 000 steps
