This morning was my 30 min trainer workout (4×500 meters rowing, 4×10 of pushups, squats, crunches, burpees). Then I went and tanned for 3 minutes, I just need the Vitamin D. The Midwest doesn’t seem to get out of this frigging winter. At least we had a couple of days in the 40s and most of the snow melted now.
9am: Rutabaga, zucchini, and chicken, (1 egg and 3 mini pickles – no pic)
1pm: Crock-pot Pork with cauliflower
6pm: Protein Shake

I tried my fitnesspal again to see if it works better, but I disliked it even more than MyPlate.
