This was cool to see this morning. Hard work pays off. Down 5 pounds since starting with Vanessa 3 weeks ago. Most impactful changes are the sleep hacks and the shorter eating window. Yup that’s me with those orange safety glasses as I am typing this post. Sleep and movement were on track, I even walked for 30 minutes at lunch.

Planning to get some blood work done tomorrow morning. Will be interesting to see the results.

9:30am: Rutabaga, zucchini, and chicken
11am: BPC
12pm: Buffalo chicken salad from the Public Market (looked bad, but tasted great)
6pm: Strawberry whey protein shake

I am starting to get the hang of it.
