I was starving for the last couple of days. It seemed like I could not get enough food. After talking with Georgie she suggested just adding more carbs in the morning after my workouts.
I am very happy, that the sleep hack even works when I have a 7:30pm Crossfit class. Though I really need to take an epsom salt bath when I get home to help alleviate the soreness and speed up the recovery.

I just cooked up some green beans, carrots and butternut squash to add to my 3 meals, to get out of the snacking business and back to normal.
