10 25′-yoke walks (180/Empty)
100 Air Squats
100 Abmat Sit-ups
100 Meter Sled Pull (135#/90#)
100 Meter Sled Push (135#/90#)
1000 Meters Row

Good thing we were a team of 3 (usually 2 doing 1/2 of the workout each), otherwise I would have probably died. We did it in 33:50 minutes. Not sure what it is but those workouts feel incredible afterwards. We did modified rope climbs and muscle ups, but to compensate we had to do double (20).
Its 12:00 and I just had breakfast. I did not wanted to eat before the workout and after the workout my appetite was kinda suppressed.
The tire for the guys (500 pounds) was being cleaned.
