Quick Food Prep

I think I got over the hump. I did rest a lot over the last week. I had serious trouble with sleeping, just could not and was in pain quite a bit, only getting 3 to 4 hours during the night. I need to get my sleep fixed since I have to get back to work tomorrow. I only did a quick food prep, some salads and some zucchini noodles with tomato sauce. Not sure when I will be back to Crossfit, maybe by Friday.

Wasn’t in the mood for a real lunch, just enjoyed an ice cream.
