Getting back on track

I was down to 206 pounds this morning. OK, now I am determined to see the 199 within the next two months. I really want to get out of the 200s. Had a great chat with Georgie this evening. Next habit is optimizing my protein for my 3 meals. It seems to be easier to concentrate on the being hungry before meals when I am not working out. But starting tomorrow I will wiggle myself back into my workouts.

Food was the same as the last couple of days, and there is another day of the same for tomorrow. Its close to coming out of my ears, but I will survive. Next week I will have fun foods again, while trying out some new recipes.
