Haha, my sis captured one of my underwater handstands.
What a killer CF workout this morning. I substituted most of the running with rowing. I did run the 400m warm-up and the first 200 meters of the WOD, and my lungs are still upset (thus ongoing coughing spells).
Food pics are back on! I am sooo much looking forward to tomorrows paddle boarding meetup. Weather is going to be gorgeous.
