New experiment in the hopper

I am thinking of doing another experiment of making meals in under 20 minutes. Summer is such a busy time and who wants to spend a lot of time in the kitchen. Thinking of getting pre-made items and then just throwing some meals together.  Maybe utilizing the grill or crock-pot for fast and easy cleanup.  I just got the Trader Joes flyer and it looks like some yummy stuff needs some testing, something like TJ Smoke House BBQ Pulled Pork ($5.99 for 16oz), that will go well with some sweet potato mash, pickled jalapenos, and avocado for some lunches

When you are on the LE presale list you get quite some emails from PN. At first I was annoyed  but then I took a second lock. For the last 6 months I have tried it kinda on my own and I know I need a little more help. From the article:

No one always feels motivated to go to the gym or eat healthy.

That’s why you can know exactly what to do. And you can even do it — exercise, eat good food, get 8 hours of sleep — for short bursts. But you can still end up struggling.

Simply put: if you can’t be consistent, you can’t make progress.

Weird in accessing the damage this morning, my weight is still at 211 pounds. I guess it wasn’t moving during the last couple of months much down and now luckily not much up either. But I did well today, no sugar crap. I had my meals and 2 (protein style) snacks. Happy! Happy! Happy!

As of today I am an official member of the Brewcity Crossfit Box. CF is just so frigging addicting! Still beginner level, but I start feeling the momentum building up and hope to improve on the weights shortly.
