Getting ready for my race tomorrow

Need to get ready with a bunch of things today, since tomorrow is my Lake Geneva paddle boarding race. No CF workout for today, as I wouldn’t have enough recovery time and besides, today’s workout is 16 Minutes of 100 Meter Sprint and 10 Burpees on the minute.

Backsquats (105#) , just weird how it goes up and down. I need to focus more on technique. The breathing part is settling in.

Food wise I seem to be scattered, and adding snacks at random. Cant seem to turn into the hunger lately.
