Need to get ready with a bunch of things today, since tomorrow is my Lake Geneva paddle boarding race. No CF workout for today, as I wouldn’t have enough recovery time and besides, today’s workout is 16 Minutes of 100 Meter Sprint and 10 Burpees on the minute.
