Today was no tracking and I had a couple bagels to many. My fault, I did not really have time to prep anything and I was working on the ad to get a new tenant last night. Do birthday calories even count? Kidding! Oh well it will give me a good reserve for the next couple of days. Tomorrow is CF and the weekend will be some paddling again where I can burn of those carbs.
I also started today with my land/winter training. This is pretty darn cool and so much fun, a so called long-board. It will help with balance on the paddle board and the movement on the snowboard. I was still so incredible sore after yesterdays lunges.
