Today was a rest day! Meals were right on target. Getting a grip on my protein. I added Greek yogurt with some pp as a split meal (snacks) to increase my protein. I love dinner pizza, well its a pita thing and has only 140 kcals. But is a great pre-workout meal for tomorrow.
My tenant got the cutest little dog from someone who cant take care of her any longer. We are getting her used to my kitties so I can take her when my tenant is going away for a few days.
