I am off tomorrow. I am doing so much better at home, when the temptations dont exist. I really need to make some ProteinPow treats to fend off those incidents. The good thing – I know its fixable. The bad thing – its setting me back a little.
I feel the need to move more, so tomorrow I will try out the Unloaded class.
And look what I got. I will finally make use of the bands that I bought at the first round of LE. I am going to follow a protocol from my CF coach to master my first pullup.
