The air was out for a little while, but now I am back with my experiments. Tried some coffee jello. Used my usual coffee, 1tbsp of cream and some gelatine, though something was missing. Since gelatine is good for us I will find some fun recipes for some snacks, like the Coconut Chia Panna Cotta from the latest Protein Pow Book.
I almost stuck to my macros. It sure takes some balancing. For now I will just focus on the protein part. I had a lot of food and even came in under my control day calories. I did not go to the gymnastics class, but I did practice a bunch of pullups (with black band and the jumping kind).
