Little innocent workout on the whiteboard this morning:
50 Box Jumps
Until this: At the top of each minute do 3 burpees. My arms are still wobbly for some reason. But I made it in 12:52 min.
My goal in the new year is to get to the Performance Level and that requires lots of practice. Lets Do It!
