Panna Cotta and Happy New Year 2015!

I had another serving of the Coconut and Chia Panna Cotta and actually I did let it sit on the counter for one hour  and it just got tastier. The flavors came out nicely. I will be trying the Pumpkin Pie Protein Bread later today. I wanted to make it for quite some time now.

Since I am not feeling too well I had to cancel today’s workout.  😦  Tomorrow the Eat To Perform challenge starts and it will be fun to make new friends. Then on the 17th I have my first Crossfit competition. This is an exciting start to the new year. Full steam ahead.
