I skipped my workout this morning, but went to OLY tonight. Here are my first snatches, but remember I am still a beginner and started only 2 month ago.
Todays meals (I like Jordy’s pancakes, well they were more crepes for me. They are easy to fill and the protein content is fabulous with very little carbs)
I am very excited about the food delivery. Portion wise a little less then I am used to. But that may just be what I need for my kick start. Though it will be a little more difficult to calc the macros for those meals. Here is the first delivery of my meals for the week. They deliver Mondays and Thursdays to be picked up from our box.
