Living Well

Living Well incorporates taking great care of your body. You nourish it with great wholesome and mostly organic foods, you apply preventative measures to keep yourself healthy as with exercise and in my case with essential oils. Until a short while ago I even had no clue, but I love the way they make me feel and heal things. Ever heard of Frankincense?

Eating well means different things to different people.  For me it means wholesome foods with only little or no grains.
